Young PSV continued their fine run in their league. They enjoyed a 1-0 win over Young Vitesse at the De Herdgang training base on Monday night, thanks to a goal scored by Archie Thompson. Young PSV, who have earned 31 points from 23 games, now occupy the eight position in the table and need three points from their three remaining games to secure top flight status next season again. The title race is far from over: both AZ (away against FC Twente) and Feyenoord (at home against Ajax) suffered defeats on Monday night. The Alkmaar outfit are still on top.
