Latest signing Edison Méndez will arrive in Eindhoven tomorrow. The 27-year-old Ecuador international has got all his paperwork in good order and is eligible to play football for PSV.Méndez will not make an appearance for his country next week. He withdrew from the national squad and decided to take a flight to Eindhoven as soon as possible. PSV have signed the experienced midfielder on a one-year loan from LDU. He has won 68 caps for Ecuador so far, scoring ten goals. He made appearances for Ecuador both at both the 2002 and the 2006 World Cup. Méndez began his club career in 1995 with Deportivo Quito, where he spent seven seasons. It is not known what number Méndez will wear for PSV.
