PSV have produced a profit in the 2005-2006 season of 2.5 million euro. Positive transfer sums account to a large extent for this season’s positive return, which is an improvement to last season’s results, as appears from the financial annual report, which is published in print and on this website.
PSV’s net turnover slightly dropped from 64.9 million euro to 62.9 million euro. The operating expenses decreased by 3.1 millions euros to 51.9 million, including interest charges, amounting to 8.2 million euro. The PSV board of directors expect a positive result for the 2006-2007 season as well, on the basis of, among other things, revenues derived from the UEFA Champions League successes.
