At 11.30 a.m. Ronald Koeman left the Herdgang training centre for the last time. Koeman, accompanied by General Manager Jan Reker, was mobbed by photographers and reporters when he came outside. Koeman answered some last questions before leaving De Herdgang. The Koeman era has come to an end.
Koeman will stay in Holland today, but tomorrow he and Tonny Bruins Slot will fly to Valencia to sign their contracts. Koeman will be unveiled as the new boss at the Estadio Mestalla at noon. Koeman had already said goodbye to the players, when he left the training centre for the last time.
