Away from the hustle and bustle surrounding the departure of Ronald Koeman and Tonny Bruins Slot, the PSV first-team squad started the Thursday morning training session. The players prepare for another tough week, with a match away against Heerenveen, the crucial Champions League clash with Fenerbahçe on Wednesday and the domestic encounter with AZ at the Philips Stadium next week Sunday.
Jan Wouters, Anton Janssen and Luc Nilis took charge of the training session, two days before PSV make the trip to the county of Friesland. So it was business as usual one hour after Ronald Koeman had fondly said goodbye to the squad. The PSV first-team squad will also train at De Herdgang on Friday afternoon, after which Jan Wouters will conduct the weekly media briefing.
