The Philips Stadium is sold out as PSV entertain FC Twente in a possible title-winning match on Sunday afternoon. PSV go into the crucial clash hopeful of clinching their fourth straight league title and 21st overall. They will be without Ibrahim Afellay. The midfielder serves a one-match ban, while former FC Twente loan player Ismail Aissati is shaking off a hamstring injury. Bakkal has not passed a late fitness test and starts on the bench.
PSV head coach Vergoossen has made three changes to the team that beat Heracles 2-0 last week. Eduardo Alcides has been included in the starting eleven, at the expense of Slobodan Rajkovic, who drops to the bench. Méndez and Culina return to the starting line-up to deputise for Afellay and Bakkal.

PSV line-up:
Gomes, Kromkamp, Marcellis, Salcido, Alcides, Simons, Méndez, Culina, Dzsudzsák, Koevermans and Farfán.
Substitutes: Roorda, Zonneveld, Väyrynen, Lazovic, Rajkovic, Aissati, Addo and Bakkal.
