The coaching staff has made some alterations to the training schedule. The players will enjoy two days off, including Ascension Day. They will report back for training at De Herdgang training round on Friday at 10:30.
A depleted PSV squad will take off for a short trip to Greece on Saturday morning. PSV will take on PAOK Saloniki in a friendly on Saturday night, with a 20:30 kick off. PSV met their Greek opponents twice before in European competitions. They earned a double victory (3-0 and 0-1) over the team from the north of Greece in 2000, when they reached the fourth round of the UEFA Cup tournament. One year later, PSV slipped to a 3-2 defeat in the first leg, but cancelled out the deficit in the return leg in Eindhoven, when they cruised to a 4-1 victory.
