Danny Koevermans reported back for pre-season training at De Herdgang training facilitates on Monday morning. The striker, who has recovered from a strained hamstring, joined the group for full training during the first part of the session before he continued to train separately. The PSV striker seems set to make the trip to England; the same goes for youngster Rens van Eijden.
Take off for England on Tuesday
Van Eijden joined the PSV squad, who entered their fourth week of pre-season, for full training, while Danny Koevermans trained with Méndez and Zonneveld during the second part of the Monday morning training session. The striker told PSV. TV that he felt fine and confirmed he will make the trip to England. 'I'm making good progress and I feel fine. Things are definitely getting better.' PSV returned to training on Monday morning, following their four-day trip to Portugal. They will also train on Tuesday morning before they fly to Newcastle where they have a five-day training camp.
