FC Volendam coach Job Dragtsma announced at the post-match press conference that he thought the final score was a fair result. Guus Hiddink said it is important for PSV to be in contention in three competitions. He expressed his contentment with the 4-0 Cup win over Volendam."We played a rather well organized way in the initial stages", started Dragtsma his analysis. "Then we conceded two goals. After the break PSV piled up the pressure and gave us a hard time. I can live with this result. It was a great experience for many of our lads to play in such a big stadium.
