Phillip Cocu is a major doubt for the World Cup 2006 qualifying games that the Dutch national team will play against Romania and Armenia. PSV head coach Guus Hiddink has announced that the injury that Cocu sustained during the Ajax clash has jeopardized his appearances for Holland. Mark van Bommel has also picked up an injury in the Ajax clash. His injury seems to be only a minor one, though. The players of the Dutch squad are to report in the Dutch seaside resort in Noordwijk on Tuesday night. Holland will face Romania in Bucharest on Sunday night and they will play hosts to Armenia in the Eindhoven Philips Stadium four days later.
