PSV suffered a major injury setback in the game against FC Twente, as both Jefferson Farfán and DaMarcus Beasley sustained serious injuries. The Peruvian will be examined in hospital today; the injury Beasley has picked up may be less serious than was thought at first sight. Farfán had his ankle sprained in the first period. Tomorrow he will go to hospital where he will have pictures taken, so that the seriousness of his injury will be revealed to him and the medical staff. DaMarcus Beasley was involved in a violent clash with defender Masjtorovic just before final time, because of which the American has a flesh wound and bruises on his lower leg. The injury may be less serious than was feared, but, again, later on the day it will be made known whether or not the two players are available for the AC Milan clash on Wednesday night.
