Both Alex and Ibrahim Afellay are included in the PSV starting line up for the Champions League clash against the Turkish champions Fenerbahçe. Michael Lamey, who picked up an injury last Saturday, starts on the bench. Yesterday Alex, Gomes, Afellay and Lamey were doubtful, but they have now been given the green light.
