19-year-old American midfield player Lee Nguyen is currently on trial with PSV. His performances during the training sessions have been so impressive that PSV have offered him a contract. Negotiations on a three-and-a-half year deal have all but completed. 19-year-old Nguyen, who was born in the United States of America, but is of Vietnamese origin, was on trial in Eindhoven for the second time. The American was one of the players of the American team U20 that took part in the World Cup 2005. During his trial he has proved he could be of added value to the squad. If an agreement is reached, Nguyen will be in the service of PSV until the summer of 2009. By the way, Lee's family name should be pronounced win.
