Cocu, Culina, Ooijer and Thompson were not the only PSV players to make appearances in pre-World Cup friendlies. PSV defender Eric Addo was included in the starting line-up of Ghana that earned a stunning 1-3 win over South Korea. Ivory Coast, who did not play PSV striker Arouna Koné, emphatically beat Slovenia 3-0. ScotlandDutchman Dick Advocaat had given Ji-Sung Park and Young-Pyo Lee a place in the starting line-up, when South Korea faced Ghana for a friendly in the Easter Road Stadium in Scotland. Ghana took the lead on 35 minutes, when Asamoah Gyan converted a penalty. Eul-Young Lee restored parity for South Korea after the interval, but Sulley Muntari and Michael Essien made sure of a 1-3 win. The Africans pulled off a great result, but Advocaat will have realized a lot of work is still to be done.Didier DrogbaDidier Drogba was the ‘man of the match’ for Ivory Coast who met Slovenia in a friendly tie. The Chelsea striker scored a double, in the 35th and 36th minute. Kanga Akale added a third goal on 70 minutes. PSV' striker Arouna Koné did not leave the bench.
