Jefferson Farfán has returned in Eindhoven from international duty with Peru. The striker was delayed and could not join the squad for full training this Friday morning, but he trained on his own later in the afternoon, under the supervision of fitness coach Luc van Agt, to prepare for Saturday night’s game, away against Willem II. PSV coach Ronald Koeman has named an eighteen-man squad and Farfán is one of them. Peru drew 1-1 with Ecuador in a friendly in the New York Giants Stadium. Edison Mendez withdrew from the Ecuadorian national squad, so he could join the PSV squad for training in Eindhoven.
