By half time PSV had taken a 2-0 lead against amateurs Dosko' 32 in Saturday afternoon's pre-season warm-up friendly in Duizel, so it seemed highly unlikely that PSV would reach double figures again. But after the break Danko Lazovic shone and scored four goals, as PSV cruised to a 10-0 victory.

The hosts from Duizel certainly rose to the occasion and stood up for themselves. PSV were guilty of sloppy finishing at times and Mark Beentjes turned out to be a reliable stopper, who kept a clean sheet for thirty minutes. He pulled off some fine saves, his defenders cleared the ball as far and wide as possible and PSV were denied by the woodwork a couple of times. The deadlock was finally broken after 32 minutes, when Otman Bakkal hit a low shot that beat the Dosko goalkeeper. Three minutes after the opening goal PSV extended the lead, when Ibrahim Afellay's effort took a deflection before ending up into the net. The hosts were close to scoring a goal in the final fifteen minutes of the first half, but luck was not on their side.

Things went a lot more smoothly after the break. Goal scoring machine Danko Lazovic operated as striker up front and Dosko goalkeeper had brought on a new goalkeeper. Lazovic soon made his mark. Género Zeefuik set up the Serbian striker who calmly finished five minutes after the restart and eight minutes later again Lazovic found the net: 4-0. PSV then ran riot. Ismail Aissati bagged his first and PSV's fifth, with a superb solo run and finish. Lazovic was again on target and soon afterwards Arouna Koné claimed a goal after a one-two combination with Zeefuik. Aissati, Lazovic and Koné each scored a goal in the final ten minutes, so PSV reached double figures after all. PSV will most likely face tougher opposition when they take on newly promoted Eredivisie side VVV-Venlo next Wednesday, with a 20:00 kick-off.
