PSV, AC Milan, Real Madrid and Lokomotiv Moscow met at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Moscow on Saturday night to attend an official dinner party, held in honour of the Russian Railways Cup tournament. Coaches, players, members of the board and officials enjoyed a perfect evening.
All participants of the Russian Railways Cup met in the five-star Ritz-Carlton hotel, which was opened in Moscow just one month ago, to attend an official dinner party. The squad of AC Milan, who is staying at the hotel, and the squad of Real Madrid and a PSV delegation had a great opportunity to have dinner and exchange ideas. Ruud van Nistelrooy had a good long talk with several PSV players and officials and the players of PSV and AC Milan got on very well together. PSV team doctor Cees-Rein van den Hoogenband was pleasantly surprised to meet Russian swimming legend Alexander Popov and his wife. Popov 'the Tsar' was the predecessor and one of the main rivals of his son and Olympic champion Pieter.
