In response to statements made by a Brazilian doctor, PSV wants to react briefly to the accusations that they should have given former player Ronaldo anabolic steroids that provoked his injuries. These allegations are utterly absurd and totally irrelevant. PSV is of the opinion that they should waste no words refuting these allegations.
PSV never exceeded medical bounds in the past, as claimed by the Brazilian doctor Santi, and will never do so in future. This doctor has been fired by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), which casts serious doubts on his credibility. He has not only discredited PSV by making these allegations, but also football in general.
