The emphasis was again on fitness work during PSV's two-hour training session on Friday morning. Some players feel the effects of the physically demanding training sessions, but realise the pre-season fitness work must be done in order to whip them back into shape ahead of the season.
PSV play their second pre-season friendly on Saturday night when they meet SV Vaassen.
