Paris Saint Germain have completed the signing on loan of former PSV striker Mateja Kezman from Fenerbahçe. The 29-year old played at the Philips Stadium for PSV from 2000 to 2004. He won the Dutch title twice, scoring 105 goals in 122 Eredivisie games for PSV. Kezman will undergo a medical at his new club.
Top scorer for three seasons
The past two seasons, Kezman played for Fenerbahçe SK, runners-up in Turkey. The Serb, who started his career with FK Zemun, had spells in England with Chelsea and in Spain with Atlético Madrid. Kezman agreed to join PSV in 2000 and spent four seasons in Eindhoven. Kezman, capped 49 times for his country, was top scorer in Holland for three seasons. In 2003, the Serb international won the Silver Boot award, with 35 goals. The striker will undergo medical checks after which he will be unveiled as a PSG player at a news conference later on Tuesday. Paul Le Guen, who guided Olympique Lyon to success, has been head coach of Paris Saint-Germain since January 2007.
