PSV defender Jason Culina is away on World Cup duty with Australia. The Socceroos, who had a 100% record after three games, have maintained their unbeaten run with a 0-0 draw against second-placed Japan at the International Yokohama Stadium. Culina played the full 90 minutes.
Three wins and one draw
Australia lead Group One in the final round of Asian 2010 World Cup qualifying with 10 points from four games, two ahead of second-placed Japan. Australia coach Pim Verbeek led his team to victories over Qatar (4-0), Bahrain (1-0) and at Uzbekistan (1-0) before they held Japan to a 0-0 draw. They will be next in action on 1 April when they play host to Uzbekistan in Sydney.
