The board of PSV directors confirmed on Wednesday night they are in talks with FK Rad from Belgrade over the signing of the Serbian youth international Jagos Vukovic. The 21-year old defender plays for FK Rad and represented his country at the UEFA European Under-21 Championship in Sweden this summer.
