Mika Väyrynen paid a visit to the Eindhoven Philips Stadium on Monday afternoon. The Finnish international, who has completed a deal with PSV, said he was delighted with his new club and intimated he is eager to play football in Eindhoven.House hunting23-year-old Väyrynen had lunch in the stadium, together with PSV Manager Football Affairs Stan Valckx and consultant Peter Fossen. They had been to the PSV training round De Herdgang earlier on the day. The latest PSV signing is going to do some house hunting in the Eindhoven area tomorrow, after which he will fly back to Finland. The midfielder will go on holiday to Greece next Friday and then he will report in Eindhoven for the pre-season training sessions. PSV Media talked to him.Next move"I am so delighted", said Väyrynen, who was in the service of sc Heerenveen the past four seasons. The Fin speaks Dutch pretty well. “I will make a move to PSV, that’s for sure now. And I think it’s just wonderful. I am looking forward to the training sessions under the supervision of Guus Hiddink. PSV have a great squad and it will be great to join my team mates for training at De Herdgang. It’s a fine training ground, just like the stadium is very impressive for that matter. I am ready to make the next move in my career.”Which is your best position, a defensive midfielder or an attacking midfielder?"Well, actually I can be played as either. When I am with the Finnish national team, I play the part Johann Vogel used to play at PSV. But during my spell with Heerenveen, I was mostly played as a more attacking midfielder. I don’t really care that much; I just want to become a regular first team player at PSV. I realize that it won’t be easy. But playing for a top club is the best option for me and PSV are a top club.”Did you talk to your future team mate Phillip Cocu last week, when Finland played hosts to the Dutch team?"Yes, we exchanged a few words. He told me I would be welcome. We did not have a long conversation, but it was nice meeting him. He is great player and he is very important for PSV.”
