Following the example set by Real Madrid, both PSV and Juventus are going to take joint action against unauthorized use of image rights of the club, which is being practised by several online gambling companies.Legal battleReal Madrid have already taken steps in various countries - France, Belgium and Germany – against seven online betting offices that used protected image rights without having been granted permission.Real have already gained their first victory in a German court case in their efforts to stop image fraud and brand malversation.Protected rightsPSV and Juventus have now joined Real, as their image rights have been violated as well.The three G14 members are represented by the same lawyer. Main objective is to fight abuse of all protected club rights, among which the club logo, by gambling companies on internet.
