Guus Hiddink is slightly worried about the fitness and availability of Alex (knee) and Afellay (groin) tomorrow night. Gerald Sibon and Roy Beerens have been called up to deputize for Arouna Koné and Jason Culina, who are not eligible. Ibrahim AfellayGuus Hiddink held the customary press conference in the Eindhoven Philips Stadium one day ahead of the massive game. There are two injury worries for the PSV head coach. "Alex picked up a knock on his knee during the game away against FC Twente last Saturday night and he has not recovered entirely yet. Ibrahim Afellay is fighting a groin problem. We will see tomorrow whether it is sensible to field him.” Hiddink was not secretive when asked whether Ismail Aissati could fill in for Afellay. “I won’t hesitate to include a 17-year-old lad in the starting line-up.”PSV are prepared to play attacking football tomorrow night. A reporter suggested that Robert, Vennegoor of Hesselink, Farfán as well as Beasley would start. Hiddink was brief in his reply: "That’s an option I will consider."No weak spots"The result in Milan was good. We put on a terrific display last May, but we were left empty-handed. Now we had made a more defensive game plan and we got a fair result. Immediately after the draw had taken place, we predicted that the decisions would not be made before the final group stage game. It would be marvelous if we could earn all three points tomorrow night. But one point would also be a good thing”, explained Hiddink in the press room of the stadium on Monday afternoon. "Milan are a well-balanced side. There are no weak spots in their team and they are one of the giants of international football. That’s what they showed last Sunday when they beat Juventus 3-1, which is a great achievement. PSV are never bothered by feelings of inferiority, but it would obviously be unfair to compare our budgets. They will undoubtedly go for it tomorrow."Filled to capacityThe Philips Stadium will be filled to capacity on Tuesday night. 1, 400 Italian fans will make the trip from Milan to Eindhoven. There is massive interest from the press: 86 journalists and 46 photographers have filed in a request for accreditation for the game that will be broadcast 25 countries. A training session (behind closed doors) is scheduled for AC Milan for 19:00, after Milan coach Ancelotti has attended a press conference.
