The main purpose of the Thursday morning training session was to make the players recover from last Tuesday’s physically demanding UCL clash. Just a few players were on the training pitch, among whom DaMarcus Beasley, Mika Väyrynen and Andrei Ionescu, who is on trial in Eindhoven. Andrei IonescuAndrei Ionescu is currently on trial with PSV. The Rumanian was already showing his skills in Eindhoven earlier this year. The midfielder will celebrate his eighteenth birthday at the beginning of next year. DaMarcus Beasley and Mika Väyrynen were also outside on the training pitch. Both players are recovering from a hamstring injury and an ankle problem, respectively. Gomes, Coe and youngster Ruud Boffin were the players between the posts and the latter two in particular were given some tough moments.Below you will find some pictures taken at the Thursday morning training session.
