Dirk Marcellis has been named 'Most Talented Player of the county of Limburg'. Last night the award was presented to the PSV youngster, who is having a fine campaign and captained the Dutch U17 side.Marcellis, who meanwhile makes appearances for the U18 side, beat other talented athletes from the county of Limburg. He won silver at the Euro U17 in Italy last May and he won a bronze medal at the World Cup in Peru in September. Marcellis has recovered completely from the knee injury that he sustained during that tournament.
