José Plá Moya, whose football name is Pepe Plá, was handed his debut with Young PSV in the league game, away against Young Ajax last night. PSV slipped to a 1-0 defeat. The only goal of the night was scored by Ryan Babel.Young PSV fielded a team with, among other players, Edwin Zoetebier, Eric Addo, Ismail Aissati, Juan Carlos Carrizo, Mika Väyrynen and Gerald Sibon. The Eindhoven outfit, who won 2-0 at home in this season’s previous encounter, were a match for Ajax, but could not avert a defeat. 15-year-old Ibrahim Maroufi started on the bench. The Belgian U16 international has already joined the first team regulars for training several times. He will celebrate his 16th birthday tomorrow. Young PSV are last but one in their league; they have earned fourteen points from fifteen games.
