The PSV squad, technical squad and officials have arrived in Halle at noon. PSV will play a memorial game against HFC tonight. The party was cordially welcomed at Leipzig Airport. People in Halle have been looking forward for a long time to meeting PSV and to the memorial game and nothing has been left to fate. The players’ bus was on the Leipzig Airport airstrip and a delegation of Halle officials presented Guus Hiddink a lovely bunch of flowers. The HFC-PSV memorial game could not possible have scheduled at a more appropriate moment. The club Halle are celebrating their fortieth anniversary and the town is celebrating its 1200th anniversary. On arrival the squad went straight to the hotel. The game in the Kurt Wabbel Stadium will be kicked off tonight at 19.00 pm. Some PSV players, among whom Arouna Koné and Michael Ball, will not be available.
