The first part of a boy’s dream has come true: Guus Meeuwis has given a smashing performance in the Philips Stadium. He will be on stage once again on Saturday and Sunday. The stadium was sold out, the weather was gorgeous and a wonderful party was going on in the city centre of Eindhoven. Guus Meeuwis had never before in his life performed for such a large crowd and to crown it all the concert took place in his favourite’s club stadium. Meeuwis was not the only artist. The bands IOS and Rowen Hèze were also on stage. The Dutch team will play their World Cup opening game on Sunday afternoon, so the Sunday night Guus Meeuwis concert could very well be a very special one.
