19-year-old midfielder Guy Dufour has made a move to Dutch First Division side FC Volendam. Dufour joined PSV in 2000 and has come through several youth ranks in Eindhoven. Guy Dufour was born in Mol in Belgium on 14 March 1987. He started his career with Excelsior Heppen in 1992 and made a move from Verbroedering Geel to Eindhoven in 2000. The talented youngster was included in the first team’s starting line-up once last season, when PSV played a friendly practice match in South Korea. He was called up for the first team several times, including the Champions League games against Fenerbahçe SK and AC Milan, but did not leave the bench. PSV have sold Dufour to FC Volendam.
