New summer signing Cássio Ramos had his first training in PSV colours at De Herdgang training complex. PSV's goalkeeping coach Joop Hiele supervised the first training session of the 20-year-old Brazilian on Dutch soil. The former goalkeeping coach of first-team regular goalkeeper Gomes was also at de Herdgang and was an attentive observer at the Friday morning training session.
Cássio Ramos was in his native country the past few weeks in order to obtain the necessary documents, including a work permit. Not that all the paperwork has been completed, the young Brazilian reported for duty at De Herdgang training centre this morning. The talented Cássio, who was born on 6 June 1987 and is 195 cm tall, joins PSV for five seasons from the Brazilian club Gremio.
