PSV caretaker coach Jan Wouters has made several changes to the side that lost to Internazionale for tonight's Eredivisie encounter against FC Utrecht, with Kenneth Perez coming in for Méndez. There is no place for Méndez, Bakkal, Marcellis and Koevermans who all start on the bench.
Lazovic starts up front alongside Farfán, while Perez will play behind the strikers. Eric Addo also returns to the starting line-up, partnering Carlos Salcido in the heart of defence. At right back, Alcides replaces Dirk Marcellis.
Perez will make his 250th appearance in the Eredivisie tonight. He started his career in the Dutch top flight at MVV in the 1997/ 98 season and had spells with AZ and Ajax before he joined PSV in the summer. He scored 84 goals in 249 matches.
PSV starting line-up:
Gomes, Alcides, Salcido, Addo, Zonneveld, Simons, Culina, Afellay, Perez, Lazovic and Farfán.
Substitutes: Roorda, Méndez, Koevermans, Rajkovic, Aissati, Marcellis and Bakkal
