PSV take on N.E.C. in Nijmegen on Saturday night and are keen to win, but do not focus on winning the Eredivisie title yet. PSV may be crowned champions of Holland for the fourth time in succession, if they beat N.E.C and Ajax lose at sc Heerenveen, but PSV head coach Sef Vergoosen prefers to put things in perspective. 'It's all if this, if that and I don't like 'if'. All I know is that we must take six points from four games', he told the press at the weekly briefing.
The Brazilian Alcides is ruled out of the clash with N.E.C. due to a groin injury. Alcides, who also missed last weekend's game against FC Groningen, joined the squad for training at De Herdgang on Thursday and Friday, but is not match fit and has not been called up to the squad. Mike Zonneveld and Slobodan Rajkovic come into contention to deputise at left back. Further than that, PSV have no injury worries, as Afellay and Farfán have returned to full fitness.

Vergoossen maintains that absolutely nothing can be taken for granted, claiming that the title race is not over yet. 'We'd better focus on the game at N.E.C. They have won their last five matches and are bound to provide tough opposition. We are keen to win, but we are not there yet. We need to take six points from our four remaining games in order to retain the title. N.E.C. may be in good form, but so are we', concluded Vergoossen at the weekly press briefing at De Herdgang training centre on Friday afternoon.
