An 18-man squad jets off to Portugal (PSV.nl)

An 18-man squad will take off at Eindhoven Airport at 3pm. PSV will play a pre-season friendly against Sporting Clube de Portugal at the Alvalade Stadium in Lisbon, kick-off 7.45 local time. Six players of the first-team squad will not make the trip to Portugal.
Lisbon
Rens van Eijden, Danny Koevermans, Jan Kromkamp, Edison Méndez, Jonathan Reis and Bas Roorda stay in Eindhoven where they will continue their rehabilitation programmes. Otman Bakkal, Dirk Marcellis and Erik Pieters, who have been called up to the Dutch Olympic tea, are in Hong Kong to take part in a pre-Olympic tournament. The PSV squad will be staying in Lisbon for only a very short time. They are due to arrive at the airport at 5pm local time and head off home again on Sunday at 10pm. Tomorrow night's game in Lisbon kicks off at 7.45pm local time.
