A near full-strength squad trained at De Herdgang on Tuesday afternoon to prepare for the vital cup tie with AZ. The squad was boosted in numbers with four youth players. Eric Addo, who is doubtful for Wednesday, was the only absentee on the pitch. Nordin Amrabat and Jérémie Bréchet trained separately from the group, under the supervision of physiotherapist Cees van der Linden. Stevens had already intimated at the press briefing that the match in Alkmaar comes too early for them. Captain Timmy Simons, who had bumped his head earlier this week, is fit and is set to start tomorrow night. Jason Culina, who had become the father of Julian, his second son, yesterday, was also on the training pitch. PSV worked on attacking movement and crossing, practised set pieces and concluded the training session with a practise match.
