Wilfred Bouma and Mark van Bommel have been included in the squad of the Dutch national team. Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink and André Ooijer, who were called up for the provisional squad, have not been selected.So Vennegoor of Hesselink, the striker in form who received a provisional invitation from coach Marco van Basten, has been dropped from the final squad. Earlier this week it was already announced that Phillip Cocu would not be available for the friendly against England. The midfielder is rested, as he is recovering from pneumonia.AZ keeper Henk Timmer is handed his debut in the Dutch team, just like sc Heerenveen forward Ugur Yildirim.
