PSV head coach Guus Hiddink himself was on the pitch this morning after all, when the PSV squad had their first training session of the 2005-2006 campaign. He was not to take charge before Friday morning, as he was staying abroad this week. Huge interestIt was announced only this morning that Hiddink would be present at the first training session, which was traditionally taken in the Eindhoven Philips Stadium. There was huge interest in the PSV squad’s first working day of the new season. Some players, though, among whom Phillip Cocu, Gomes and Alex, had not joined their team mates for training yet.
