PSV will be without defender Alex, who has gone back to Brazil for private reasons and striker Arouna Koné, who has not been able to shrug off an ankle problem, when they face NAC Breda this afternoon. André Ooijer has been called up for the first time, since he broke a toe, and will start on the bench.Farfán, Vennegoor of Hesselink and Beasley will be played up front. Timmy Simons will join Addo as centre back in the heart of defence. Afellay and Aissati start on the bench. Cocu and Culina are the regular midfielders and today Mika Väyrynen will be the third player in midfield.
