All the players of the PSV first team squad and the technical staff had their pictures taken at the PSV De Herdgang training ground on Thursday afternoon. They were invited to sit for two pictures, one of which was for a special 3D images project. Pics UnitedPhoto press agency Pics United traditionally took the pictures of the players in their home strips and away strips. The pictures are used for, among other purposes, players’ postcards, the media guide and this official club site. A small studio had been installed in the hall of De Herdgang. Photographer Bob van den Cruijsem used the colour green as background, a so-called ' chromatic' colour that can be replaced for any other colour by the computer. This kind of technique is also being applied in television studios and film studios, e.g. when the weather forecast is presented.
