'I intimated to Club Brugge that I would love to complete this deal", the Belgian told PSV Media on Wednesday afternoon. "PSV are a wonderful club. Quite a few Belgians have been here before and they all lavish praise on PSV. I have made a move in the right direction. I share the ambition of the club to play at the highest European level. I think I can raise my standards."The coach obviously decides upon the starting line-up, but what would be your favourite position? "I have not exactly a position I like best. I can be played in centre midfield or at the back of the so-called diamond in midfield. The coach will decide where he needs me; I have always been a team player". It will surely be an advantage that you will live close to your family and that your daughter can go to a Dutch speaking school. "Thats true; it has helped me to make a choice."Warm relationshipPSV have always had a close relationship with football players from Belgium.
