The Belgian referee Frank De Bleeckere has been appointed to officiate at the Vitesse-PSV fixture in the Arnhem Gelredome next Friday night. He was in charge of last season’s league game PSV-Willem II game. (1-0).Vitesse-PSV was originally scheduled for Saturday 19 February, but at the request of PSV, the game was bought forward to Friday, so that PSV have one more day to prepare for the Champions League tie against Olympique Lyon. Friday’s game will be kicked off 20:30. De Bleeckere will be assisted by his country fellows Mr P. Hermans and Mr M. Simons.
