The PSV technical staff have named a nineteen-man squad for the trip to Vitesse in the Arnhem Gelredome on Friday night. (kick off at 20:30). Guus Hiddink predicts a 'tough game'. The Ivory Coast striker Arouna Koné has returned to the squad, after he had made appearances at the Africa Cup tournament. Hiddink announced at the weekly media briefing that Koné is in good shape. "He has trained well and put in some performances in Egypt. He has been away for some time, but I feel he will adapt pretty quickly once again." Jason Culina, who has shrugged off an ankle problem and Alex, who has recovered from a groin injury, are match fit and will travel to Arnhem. Ibrahim Afellay is suffering from a touch of flu, but he will also join his team mates on the trip. Archie Thompson, Gerald Sibon and Lee Nguyen, who was handed his debut during the Heracles Almelo tie, have been dropped from the squad.Hiddink expects PSV will have quite a job Arnhem. "Vitesse suffered defeat against sc Heerenveen last weekend, due to some defensive slips. They will surely want to make amends. We always have a tough night in Arnhem, irrespective of the rankings." Vitesse are currently tenth in the Dutch league. PSV enjoyed a 2-1 win over Vitesse in this seasons reverse encounter in the Eindhoven Philips Stadium on the second match day of the campaign. Training sessions are scheduled for both Saturday and Sunday, ahead of the first Champions League leg against Olympique Lyon.
