Ronald Koeman had to do without a great many players at the Thursday morning training session, as most internationals had not returned from international duty yet. Summer holidaysAlthough summer holiday in the south of Holland is over, many fans had come from all over the country to see the players at work during the Thursday morning training session. Ismail Aissati and Eric Addo, who had made an appearance last Tuesday night, had returned to De Herdgang training centre. The other internationals will resume training tomorrow. The good news is that Ibrahim Afellay has meanwhile joined the squad for full training again. PSV prepare for the season’s opening game against N.E.C in the Eindhoven Philips Stadium on Sunday afternoon. The curtain raiser kicks off at 14:30.
