PSV have Mika Väyrynen and Jason Culina in the starting line-up for the cup tie against Vitesse. They fill in for midfielders Phillip Cocu and Ibrahim Afellay. PSV coach Ronald Koeman has not made any more changes to his starting line-up.PSV play Arouna Koné and Jefferson Farfán up front. Koeman plays four defenders: Kromkamp, Alex, Salcido and Reiziger. Timmy Simons will wear the captain’s armband tonight in the absence of Cocu. Afellay starts on the bench and Cocu is rested.
