Arsenal consider the game against PSV as their ‘most important game of the season’ as there is nothing more for them to win. “We want to play our own style of football and then it is important to keep the pressure on PSV for 90 minutes”, says Freddie Ljungberg, the experienced Swedish forward of the Gunners. “It’s going to be a tough night, but I’m looking forward to meeting PSV.”
Will Henry play or will he not play is the key question, ahead of tonight’s game. Ljungberg responds: “He is a great player and we surely missed him in Eindhoven. Any team will benefit from his presence, but I have honestly no idea whether he will start.” The Swede is delighted to be back after he has shaken off his injuries. “It has taken a while for me to be match fit again, but I did well the past few games and I am looking forward to tonight’s game.” Ljungberg does not think Arsenal will have to make a new game play and play differently than they did in Eindhoven. “We had control during the first leg in Eindhoven, but were caught one time. They scored a goal, when there was not enough pressure on the ball. That has put us in a difficult situation. We need to score and maybe we should be more ruthless tonight.”
