An old friend popped in at De Herdgang on Thursday afternoon to say hello. Guus Hiddink dropped by at the PSV training ground an hour after training and lunch, where he was warmly welcomed by, among other people, PSV’s scouts Klaas van Baalen and Willy van der Kuylen. Hiddink was also having a chat with Jefferson Farfán.
Farfán was still at De Herdgang, as he had just finished a long interview with a South American television station. Hiddink was teasing him, suggesting Farfán had put on weight. The former PSV manager, current coach of Russia and TV football pundit regularly visits the Philips Stadium.
