The PSV internationals are gradually returning to Eindhoven to prepare for the final stages of the 2006-2007 season. Goalkeeper Gomes and Diego Tardelli, who had both gone to Brazil to attend the birth of their babies, resumed full training on Thursday, just like Jan Kromkamp and John de Jong.
Kromkamp and De Jong joined the squad for full training, taking part in passing and finishing and competing in a practise match. Arouna Koné trained individually somewhere else on the pitch. The striker, who is recovering from a knee injury, has resumed running exercises and kept the ball in the air at training. Carlos Salcido, wearing a trendy Beenie hat, trained together with his team mates. PSV will train on Friday for the last time ahead of Saturday’s game against NAC Breda.
