When PSV take on Internazionale at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza on Tuesday night, they will see some familiar faces. The Italian newspapers all announce the same probable starting line-up, but are not unanimous about the Nerazurri's front line. Koeman will meet at least one of his former players.

With Koeman at the helm, Ajax players the likes of Maxwell, Zlatan and Chivu made huge progress. They have all been called up to the squad of the ruling Italian champions, but Internazionale will be missing the suspended Córdoba, former Feyenoord striker Cruz, Maicon and Burdisso, while Materazzi, Viera and Rivas Marco are ruled out of tonight's game through injuries. Yet enough quality players will be available and the Italian newspapers, such as La Gazzetta dello Sport and Corriere della Sera, expect coach Robert Mancini to field a strong side in a 4-4-2 formation, with goalkeeper Julio Cesar, (from right to left) the defenders Zanetti, Samuel, Chivu and Maxwell, the midfielders Figo, Cambiasso, Dacourt and Stankovic, while Crespo partners Ibrahimovic up front.
La Stampa think Solari will start in attack alongside Zlatan, who will celebrate his 26th birthday tomorrow. Italian football writers do not expect Koeman to make more than one change from the team that thrashed Feyenoord in the domestic league. So Simons, Méndez, Culina and Perez will play in midfield, with striking pair Farfán and Lazovic up front. PSV must do without the suspended Mike Zonneveld and Alcides is set to replace him. PSV will play in familiar colours: the red-white home shirt and black shorts, while Inter play in their traditional blue and black striped shirts.
