Jan Kromkamp retains his place at right back and Mike Zonneveld plays on the opposite flank.

Three players in Eindhoven service, Koevermans, Perez and Kromkamp, will meet their former club AZ this afternoon. Ismail Aissati, Otman Bakkal and Slobodan Rajkovic are dropped to the bench, where they are joined by youngsters Fagner and Zeefuik.
